Resurgent start to 2025 with over £10m of sales secured

Triptych Bankside has achieved over £10m of new sales since the start of 2025, taking the development to 80% sold, with just under £300m in sales.
One of the last remaining and undoubtedly the most exceptional residence within the development, with an asking price of £5m and designed by award-winning interior designer Dapa Atelier, sold before it was to be launched, such was demand for turn-key completed apartments.
Nigel Fleming, Managing Director at JTRE London, comments: “The strong demand coming into the early stages of 2025 is positive to see. It represents renewed confidence in the property market following a politically turbulent end to 2024 and last Thursday’s interest rate reduction was also a welcome relief for buyers, even in the Prime Central London market.
“We feel we have a quality product, in a fantastic location which will continue to attract discerning buyers. With all the pieces of Triptych Bankside coming together, buyers are not only getting an incredible new residence but are buying into a rich community with a distinct sense of place.”
Keir Waddell, Director and Head of Private Client Department at Strutt & Parker, comments: “The demand we're witnessing at Triptych Bankside isn't merely a trend, it's a testament to the vision finally realised. Completion of the estate has unlocked its full potential, fostering a vibrant sense of community that was always intended. Combine this with the uncompromising quality of the residences themselves, and you have something truly special. But it's the unique Bankside location, offering an unparalleled blend of cultural richness and modern convenience, that truly seals the deal. Triptych is attracting discerning buyers who aren't just looking for a new home; they're seeking a lifestyle, a balance – and Triptych delivers on that promise in spades."
The recent sales success included a 16th-floor apartment, with uninterrupted panoramic views of London’s skyline. The outstanding three-bedroom, 1,200 sq. ft. home has been dressed by multi-award-winning designers Dapa Atelier, to reflect the culture of the Southbank area. With direct references to the local arts scene, including the Art Academy located within the development itself, as well as the iconic Tate Modern opposite.
“Art is at the epicentre of the design,” says Rob Burton, Co-founder of Dapa Atelier. “We have teamed up with a variety of artists on this project, including ‘Studio Yega’ – celebrating African textile heritage through her art, as well as handmade sculptures by Andrew Martin and limited-edition scagliola and glass ‘Pietre’ coffee table designed by Duffy London and Christopher Ward.
Gautami Khanna, Lead Designer from Dapa Atelier, adds, “The design of this space is a celebration of boldness, whether it’s through the sage green textured wall coverings, cobalt blue contemporary furniture, or multi-layered artwork. Colour and culture are at the forefront of this design.”
