Two premium penthouses at Triptych Bankside have sold, just weeks after their discreet release to the market. Situated in a prime London location at the heart of the South Bank, Triptych Bankside is one of the most striking mixed-use schemes on the central London skyline. The prices achieved for the two penthouses were in excess of £3,500 per sq ft, setting a new benchmark for the area and the combined sales value achieved was circa £20 million.

Nigel Fleming, Sales & Marketing Director of JTRE London, said: “It is a fantastic achievement to have this level of interest in penthouses at these price points prior to completion. We implemented a very targeted and discreet launch which has worked extremely well. These sales illustrate just how exceptional the specification, amenities and views are at Triptych Bankside. We are close to achieving nearly £80m in sales since launching the show apartments in October 2021. The market is really beginning to acknowledge what an outstanding product JTRE London has produced.”

The £400 million development, designed by internationally acclaimed architects Squire & Partners and interior designed by Cocovara, is made up of three distinctive sweeping towers, with 169 luxury apartments in two blocks, 68,000 sq ft of prime grade A commercial space in a nine-storey building, plus 9,900 sq ft of retail.

Triptych Bankside is located in London’s Southbank, a vibrant cultural quarter with neighbouring landmark buildings such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe and the renowned culinary hotspot at Borough Market nearby. Key transport links are within easy walking distance, as is the Millennium Bridge if you want to walk the scenic route into the City.

All of the apartments in the new scheme benefit from spacious balconies with spectacular views across London’s distinctive panorama including the River Thames, St. Paul's Cathedral and the City of London financial district. For those who work from home, the new large co-working space will offer multiple workstations with hyper fast broadband, ideal for hybrid working. Other highlights include private lounges, games room, private in-house cinema, state-of-the-art gym with Olympic standard climbing walls, independent café 92 Degrees and landscaped gardens. The residential, retail and commercial spaces work in tandem forming vibrant social spaces and making Triptych Bankside an exciting destination in its own right, seamlessly complementing this world renowned cultural quarter.

JTRE London was founded in September 2019 by one of Central Europe’s leading property developers J&T Real Estate, which is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary. The Slovakia headquartered firm has real estate projects in nine countries having developed and managed some 10 million sq ft of space with a GDV of over £1.4bn.

Prices at Triptych Bankside start from £790,000 for a studio apartment. Residential agents are Savills and Strutt & Parker.
